These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of BootcampWise ("we," "our," "us") services, including all features, tools, and content offered through our website, platform, and learning environment ("Services"). By enrolling or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
- • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to enroll in BootcampWise.
- • Prerequisites: Certain programs or tracks may have specific prerequisites, such as basic coding knowledge or educational background, which must be met prior to enrollment.
2. Enrollment and Registration
- • Registration: To participate, you must create an account on the BootcampWise platform. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- • Enrollment Fee: An enrollment fee is required for all campers. The fee is non-refundable after the course starts unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.
3. Camper Responsibilities
- • Active Participation: You agree to engage fully in the program by attending live sessions, completing tasks, submitting End-of-Day (EOD) reports, and participating in feedback sessions.
- • Task Submission: You must complete all assigned tasks on time and according to the provided guidelines. Late submissions may result in penalties or delays in feedback.
- • Code of Conduct: You are expected to behave professionally and respectfully. Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or discrimination is prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification from the program.
- • Confidentiality: You agree to respect the confidentiality of your peers, instructors, and the bootcamp's proprietary content, including access to Bootcamp, discussions, and resources.
4. Mentor & Admin Responsibilities
- • Guidance & Support: Mentors are responsible for guiding campers through the curriculum, providing constructive feedback, and supporting students with project tasks.
- • Availability: Mentors must be available for scheduled meetings and provide timely feedback. Admins will oversee the program, manage progress tracking, and ensure smooth functioning of the course.
5. Course Content and Ownership
- • Intellectual Property: All course materials, including videos, articles, exercises, and other content, are the property of BootcampWise and are protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.
- • Use of Materials: You may not distribute, copy, or modify the content without express permission from BootcampWise.
6. Certification & Evaluation
- • Eligibility for Certification: To receive a certification, campers must complete all required tasks, attend necessary sessions, and submit their End-of-Day (EOD) reports as instructed by the program.
- • Certification Issuance: After completing the required work and tasks, eligible campers will receive a certification indicating their successful completion of the program.
- • Certification Accuracy: BootcampWise is not responsible for the incorrect or inaccurate details provided by the camper. It is the camper's responsibility to ensure their details are accurate before certification issuance.
10. Data Privacy and Security
- • Privacy: BootcampWise respects your privacy and adheres to strict data protection standards. Your personal data will only be used to provide services related to your enrollment, such as account management and communication.
- • Data Sharing: We will not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
- • Limitation of Responsibility: BootcampWise will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to:
- • Technical failures,
- • Incorrect information provided by peers or mentors,
- • External factors such as network issues or third-party interruptions.
- • Use of Services: You acknowledge that you use BootcampWise at your own risk, and the platform is provided "as is," without warranty or guarantee of specific outcomes.
12. Dispute Resolution
- • Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BootcampWise operates.
- • Arbitration: Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction.
- • Jurisdiction: The court or arbitration venue will be located in the region where BootcampWise is registered.
13. Acceptance of Terms
